4. Control

1.1.    Liaise with interested parties to find out if project is working in a way they expected.
Constant liaison is facilitated in order to avoid creating backlogs of work due to irregular communication. I keep in touch with all parts of the project and I am open to suggestions as to how to improve the system for end users. Communication is one of the most important keys to a successful project and in this case enabled me to speed up development, whilst eliminating misunderstandings.
1.2.    Respond to any problem reports / bug reports in order to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
My response time to any issues is usually less than an hour. As an example, I had one bug report from nurses regarding the PHP web interface for the clinical assessment system: when editing records, some of the previously entered data in selected record was deleted. It was related to the use of input masks. I investigated it, located the source of the problem, tested and solved the issue in less than 2 days. This has been the most serious problem to date.
1.3.    Revise documentation
This part is ongoing as I implement changes and tweaks to the IT side of the project.
